360° Opening Video Required: A clear 360° unboxing video of the product, showing the packaging and condition upon opening, is mandatory for initiating a return or exchange.
Exchange Requests: For exchanges, a 360° opening video of the product is also required to verify its condition.

Return/Exchange Process:

Customers must notify us within:
- 15 days of receiving the product for domestic orders.
- 30 days of receiving the product for international orders.
Once we receive the product back in its original condition, our team will inspect it.
Based on the inspection, we will approve or deny the return or exchange.

Important Notes:

The decision made by the manufacturer regarding the return or exchange will be final and binding.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
